Ordering-related Topics

1. How do I place my order?
To place an order simply go to the particular shirt you want to buy and click on "Add to Cart" on the particular size/gender you wish to buy. A message will be shown if the item was successfully placed in your cart. If you want to buy more items, just browse through the catalog some more by clicking on the "Shop" button, or on any of the random items.

To illustrate:
 

Once you are satisfied with your cart items, just go to the "View Cart" link located on the upper right side of the site. Once there, click on the "Check Out" button.

2. I added an item to my cart, but I want to order more of those! How do I do that?
There are 2 ways of doing it:
a. Keep on clicking the "Add to Cart" button until you've reached the quantity you want (ex. If you want 5 XS female Tycoon Wasabi shirts, click on the "Add to Cart" button of the XS female box 5 times). Or,
b. You can click on the item once, then go to your Cart page by clicking on the "View Cart" link on the upper right side of the site. Locate the quantity text box on the left side of the table and change the amount there. When you're satisfied with the new quantity, click on the "Change Qty" button.
  

3. I added an item to my cart, but I want to remove it now / decrease the quantity. How do I do that?
Click on the "View Cart" link on the upper right side of the site. Once there, click on the "remove" link beside the particular item you wish to remove. If you just want to decrease the quantity of an item, locate the quantity text box on the left side of the table and change the amount there. When you're satisfied with the new quantity, click on the "Change Qty" button.
    

4. Once I order, how long will it take till I get my package?
We will need 2 to 3 working days to process your order and have it shipped. Once your order is picked up by the courier, transit time will take 7 to 18 working days.

1. What is the material of your shirts?
The materials of the shirts depend on the design you're looking at. You will see details on the shirt, material, and size on every shirt design page.

In general, we either use 100% CVC cotton (not very stretchable), 95% single jersey cotton / 5% spandex (stretchable), 60% polyester / 40% cotton, 65% polyester / 35% honeycomb cotton, or single jersey cotton (stretchable).

2. Washing and Drying Instructions?
Machine or hand-wash cold. Do not use chlorine. Do not iron on print. Wash separately.

3. Tell me more about your shirts.
Our shirts were especially made by us. We use different materials for different designs, so please browse through our items to get further details. We aim to offer you t-shirts with a good fit.

Shipping-related Topics

1. How do you ship your packages, how long will it take, and how much?
Packages are all shipped by a third-party courier called Xend, an official shipping partner of Ebay. Your package is picked up by Xend in our warehouse in the Philippines, before it is shipped to your destination via UPS. Shipping is made via International Postal Premium Registered Mail. Normal transit time is 7 to 19 working days. Our shipping rates start at $8.

2. Can I track my package?
Yes you can. Every time you make an order, we will send you an email with instructions on how to track your package, once your package has been picked up. Tracking is monitored through the Xend website. The site shows you when the package was picked up from our warehouse, until the point where your package arrives at your postal office.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

1. What is your policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be returned for refunds or exchanged for other items sold at Wasabi Crunch within 15 days of receipt. The buyer pays for the shipping on exchanges.

Items that are on sale cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges.
